Refund Policy

At Arms & Embers Grill, we strive to provide every guest with an exceptional dining experience. We take great pride in the quality of our food, service, and hospitality — and we stand behind everything we serve.

Dine-In Orders

If your meal or service experience does not meet your expectations, please notify a manager before leaving the restaurant. We’ll do our best to make it right — whether that means remaking a dish, offering a replacement, or providing an appropriate refund or credit at management’s discretion.
Refunds or adjustments cannot be issued after you have left the premises.

Takeout & Online Orders

We prepare each order with care and accuracy. If there is an issue with your takeout or online order:

  • Please contact the restaurant within 2 hours of pickup or delivery.

  • In most cases, we may ask you to return the incorrect or unsatisfactory item before issuing a refund or replacement.

  • Refunds are issued at management’s discretion after verifying the issue.

Event Deposits & Reservations

Deposits for private events, catering, or large reservations are non-refundable unless canceled with sufficient notice (as outlined in your event agreement).
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit deposits or be subject to additional charges.

Gift Cards

All gift card sales are final. Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash unless required by law.

Payment Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
