🔥 The Story of Arms & Embers

It all started with smoke. Not the kind that makes your eyes sting — the kind that draws you in. The kind that says something good’s cooking here.

Before there were crowds and clinking glasses, there was just a grill, a dream, and a couple who refused to settle for “good enough.”

Chris and Oriana didn’t open a restaurant to be another stop on someone’s dinner route. They opened Arms & Embers Grill to build a place where food meant connection — where every bite came with a story, a memory, a spark.

The name came from two ideas: arms, because this place was meant to welcome people in, and embers, because every great meal starts with fire — not just heat, but passion. Together, they became a symbol: hospitality that burns bright.

What began as a handful of recipes turned into a menu full of soul — burgers that dare to be different, pastas that tell a story, flavors that feel like they’ve been marinating for generations. From the PB&J Jalapeño Burger that started as a late-night “what if?” experiment, to short rib pasta simmered until it practically apologizes for how good it is — everything here was born from a mix of guts, curiosity, and a little madness.

Locals came first out of curiosity. They stayed because it felt like home.

Because in a world of fast food and fake smiles, Arms & Embers was the real deal — a place where you could eat slow, talk loud, laugh big, and feel human again.

Today, the fire still burns — in the grill, in the kitchen, in every plate that leaves it. And as long as there are people hungry for something real, Arms & Embers will keep the embers glowing.

After all, the secret ingredient was never just smoke or spice —

It was heart.
